It is the most important part of the syringe and infusion set production process, as the design and accuracy of the mold will determine the final quality of the finished syringe and infusion set. There have cold runner mold and semi-hot runner mold with customized mold cavities. The high precision mold has a long life, Our mold life can reach about 3.5 million shots. The mold material can be customized.
Syringe molds include syringe barrel mold, plunger mold, gasket mold, needle seat mold, needle cover mold, etc. And the infusion set mold includes the drip chamber mold, spike needle mold, spike needle cap mold, flow regulator mold, etc.
