The ETO sterilization machine used is to make sure that the medical consumables like disposable syringes and infusion sets are sterile, and progeny-free by ethylene oxide gas before entering the market. The main equipment in this sterilization room is the EO gas sterilizer. If the customer needs, a preheating system, and residue gas treatment system can be added accordingly to shorten the cycle time of the sterilization and to meet the higher local environmental protection requirement. The sterilizer is composed of the cabinet, circulating water heating system, vacuum devices, humidification devices, ethylene oxide gasification system, residual gas treatment plant, and control system. The processes of sterilization are product loading, water tank pre-heating to get the needed temperature, chamber vacuuming, low-temperature steam injection, EO gas injection, pressure holding and sterilizing, gas exchange, and product unloading. The storage tank of ethylene oxide should be kept in a cool, ventilated, and sun-protected place. The workshop shall be equipped with explosion-proof exhaust fans, explosion-proof lights, and explosion-proof sockets.The sterilization circulation is done through the automatic control system.
